What's been weighing on you lately?

Choose whatever feels closest. There's no wrong answer, and you can always talk it through on a free call first.

The ways we can help.

Every therapy here is led by a registered psychologist, psychotherapist or counsellor, and shaped around you rather than a script.

Counselling

Space to talk through what's happening now, from stress and burnout to loss, change and decisions you're stuck on.

Often helps with grief, work stress, life transitions

Psychotherapy

Deeper, longer-term work on the patterns that keep repeating, so you can understand where they come from and choose differently.

Often helps with relationships, self-worth, long-standing patterns

Anxiety treatment

Practical, evidence-based tools to quiet constant worry, panic and the tension you carry in your body.

Depression support

Steady, patient support for low mood, numbness and exhaustion, at a pace that works on your harder days.

Couples therapy

Break the same-argument loop, rebuild trust after a rupture, and learn to hear each other again.

Trauma therapy

Trauma-informed care, including EMDR, that puts your sense of safety first.

Family therapy

A calm space for everyone to be heard, through conflict, separation, blended families and big changes.

Child and adolescent therapy

Play-based and talk therapy for ages 5 to 18, with parents kept involved in a way that respects your child's trust.

Often helps with school worries, big feelings, friendships

The people you'll talk to.

Psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors, all registered and all chosen for how it feels to sit with them.
